The quality of PET flakes manufactured using AMUT recycling technology is almost comparable to virgin PET: adhesive residues are almost absent, PVC and floating material are minimized; soda residues are insignificant, as confirmed by the measurement of the pH increase.
AMUT installations are supplied turnkey or according to customer requirements. Thanks to the modular construction, the installation can be installed both in existing buildings and in new projects.
It is therefore also possible to integrate modular units for bottle pre-washing and flake washing into existing installations.

Label removing machine (Delabeler)
It is a dry/wet pre-cleaning system that removes full-body heat-shrink labels from PET bottles.
After the removal phase, the bottles retain their integrity, without being damaged or losing their necks.
The AMUT DE-LABELLER, based on a continuous work process, is the best solution for recovering bottles that would otherwise be eliminated by sorting.
The AMUT DE-LATIQUETTER is suitable to be added at the beginning of a washing line.
Avantaje: The system allows efficient removal (80–90%) of all types of labels, including PVC or PETG sleeve labels, through a dry and continuous process that preserves the integrity of the bottles. This improves the performance of downstream detectors, increases the purity of the PET flakes and reduces material losses. The dried labels can be recovered and recycled, reducing disposal costs. The equipment is designed for low wear, low operating costs and simplified maintenance, benefiting from optimized engineering.

Friction Washer
It is an effective system for removing impurities and loosening glue stuck to flakes.
Based on a powerful but non-destructive friction action at high temperature, it is the best solution for removing both organic and inorganic contaminants.
Due to its characteristics, it prevents the redistribution of glue on the flakes.

Turbo Washer
It performs an important washing action and purifies the plastic material from inorganic and fine pollutants using centrifugal force.
During the centrifugation process, dirty water, sand, paper fibers and soil flow through the holes in the basket, while flakes are retained.
The machine is used both for washing flakes from the wet grinder and for rinsing flakes after a strong washing process with detergents.
