RECYCLING LINES

According to the customer's needs, UNION produces screw extruders with a diameter between 60 and 300 mm and a length of 48 D.
The company designs and manufactures complete recycling lines, which include:
– shredders and granulators with a feeding area large enough to insert panels up to 1200 mm wide or cutting coils up to 2000 mm in diameter;
– an efficient degassing system in the extruder to extract residual gases and moisture from the material;
– a very precise filtering system through a manual screen or with an automatic changer, for filtering all material impurities;
