XPE BOARDS MANUFACTURING LINES

XPE boards are closed cell polyethylene foam, widely used for all types of packaging applications due to their high level of shock absorption capacity. The UNION lines that use this technology start from a minimum capacity of 900 Kg/h. The obtained density is between 20 and 90 Kg/m3 with a plate thickness of up to 100 mm and a standard usable width of 1200 mm. Color and
the length of the plates, is made at the customer's request.
