Extrusion lines for corrugated panels
They are designed to allow efficient coverage of roofs, siding and cladding of various structures, thus representing an optimal solution for exterior applications.
The panels produced with our lines have an easy-to-clean surface and excellent resistance to chemicals, as well as marks and scratches.
In addition, PVC is fireproof, rust-resistant and easy to maintain.
Twin screw extruders, production between 60 and 12 kg/h, width between 500 and 1300 mm, sheet thicknesses between 0.5-3 mm, monolayer or multilayer.

Solar panel extrusion lines
They are composed of dedicated units, all designed specifically for this application and not to compromise the dimensional stability of the film. No crosslinking during the extrusion process. Innovative winding system that allows the direct in-line winding of the film into rolls or the in-line lamination of a separation film (mask film) or a silicone paper film to completely protect the EVA film.
Width between 1050 and 2100 mm and thickness between 0.3-0.8 mm;

Due to their superior properties, thermoplastic tubes have completely replaced the traditional cardboard tubes once used for preparing rifle cartridges.

is based on the bi-orientation technology developed by us since 1974 and has the following advantages: very high tensile strength values (over 22 kg/mm²)
production of small diameter pipes (11 mm) required for the smallest calibers (calibers 36-410) cutting to size directly in line, which means there is no need to handle the pipe for a successive cutting stage user-friendly operation and easy maintenance
flexibility (product changeover can be done in a single hour) the ability to produce small barrels for rifle cartridges that can be "reloaded" up to 15 times.
