Membrane extrusion lines
They are suitable for producing single-layer and multi-layer membranes with PP or PET mesh, or alternatively, with fiberglass mesh as internal reinforcement to achieve the high dimensional strength required to withstand any severe weather conditions.
in accordance with UEATC standards for civil applications such as buildings, roofing systems, waterproofing barriers for tunnels or water basins.
Applications: Roofs, buildings, tunnel insulation, water tank insulation, concrete foundations.

Extrusion lines for R-PET sheets
They are combined with EREMA technology to comply with the direct process from glass to food-grade, single-layer film packaging.
Based on a properly developed system for decontamination of PET waste, our lines allow for the production of high-quality PET sheet, produced using 100% post-consumer bottle flakes, with FDA and EFSA certification.
Widths from 800 mm to 2,100 mm, configurations from 1 to 5 layers, sheet thicknesses from 0.15 mm to 2 mm, productivity from 500 kg to 2000kg/h and extrusion speed up to 60 m/min.
Extruded Materials: PET – CPET -PETG – PLA

Extrusion lines for foil and sheets
Complete and technologically advanced lines to produce films and sheets from a wide range of thermoplastic materials, suitable for many different applications.
Based on our over 50 years of experience in plastic sheet extrusion, our production range includes extrusion lines with nominal widths from 400 to 3300 mm and thicknesses from 150 microns for foils to several centimeters for sheets.
Applications: Food packaging, multifunctional packaging and pharmaceutical blisters, paper and cardboard industry, furniture industry, refrigerator and bathroom fittings industry, medical bags, multicellular panels, automotive industry, special executions.

Edgeband extrusion lines
They are designed to offer our customers complete and technologically advanced lines for the production of furniture decorative edges. These lines are characterized by high performance and state-of-the-art technology.
Based on our over 50 years of experience in edge extrusion, we are able to produce profiles with different dimensions and plastic materials.
Production capacity from 60 to 600kg/h, widths between 350 and 700 mm, thicknesses 0.3 and 3 mm, extrusion speed from 2 to 30 m/minute and 1-3 layers.
