Jet air filters are made of carbon steel sheet > 3mm, on request also of AISI 304/316 stainless steel sheet; finished with appropriate painting or galvanizing.

Complete with backwash cleaning, cycle timer and hopper with dust collection container.

The principle of operation :

The air from the sucked dust passes through a hopper where it is decanted due to the decrease in speed. Then it passes through a series of cartridge filters where the pollutant deposited on their walls is completely removed.

A cycler cleans the cartridges using a pulse jet system.

The purified air is expelled from the filter through a plenum.

The control unit is an economizer with a built-in internal pressure switch and is also equipped with an hour counter capable of counting operating hours.

The filters are designed and built to meet all the requirements regarding the flow of air to be purified, in compliance with the regulations in force.
