Clean filters

CLEAN filters are used in industrial sectors to reduce paint fumes and fumes from machining or welding.

The purification system guarantees a high filtration efficiency (up to 99%) with pollutant concentrations at the exhaust level below the limits allowed by the laws in force. The clean filter is made of galvanized carbon steel joinery.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

The purification process is guaranteed by 3 progressive stages.

In the first stage, the air passes through a settling chamber where the coarsest particles are deposited, to then come into contact with a first mechanical pre-filter, modular renewable, and another pre-filter made of resin-coated modacrylic fiber.

After these steps, the air is completely purified by a high-efficiency filter made of special, non-flammable materials, is reinforced externally with a high-resistance film, and then discharged into the atmosphere.

The pollutant treated by the various purification phases is continuously discharged from the lower part of the filter structure. The considerable filtering surface, obtained by the construction system of the filters, allows the treatment of large air flows with small dimensions.

The very low speed through the filters allows for low maintenance.
