EA EXTRUDER-52 D + EASY FEED
is the innovative extrusion and feeding concept developed by AMUT Research and Development Division to process up to 100% ground material.
Combining the latest technologies and consolidated know-how, it represents an operator-friendly system, achieving flexible production.
EA EXTRUDER-52 D + EASY FEED
It processes all thermoplastic materials used in the thermoforming phase, perfectly handling both light and heavy ground materials:
bulk density less than 200 kg/m³ – skeleton grinding thickness up to 0.15 mm
bulk density of 650 kg/m³ – skeleton grinding thickness over 2 mm
During the sheet metal extrusion process, the presence of recycled ground material from the thermoforming phase causes a reduction in the bulk density of the material in the extruder feed.
The reduction is largely variable depending on the material being ground and the thickness of the ground skeleton.
The EASY FEED system allows control of extruder production regardless of the bulk density of the ground material and its percentage.
