CASSETTES WITH ROLLERS FOR COLD DEFORMATION OF WIRE

Cold forming cassettes are widely used in the cold rolling of reinforcing wire, the compaction of PC rope and strands, as well as the forming of shaped wire and rod precalibration. Micro Rolling Cassettes are replacing wire drawing dies in thin wire production. They are suitable for rolling any grade of steel as well as for the production of FCW Flux cored wire. Cold rolling and micro-rolling cassettes are equipped with hard metal rollers.
