Seria HE – Full Electric
Fully electric extrusion blow molding equipment – up to 20 L
The HE series is Meccanoplastica's top range for extrusion blow molding. Being fully electric, this series offers high performance, excellent production cycle stability and very low noise levels.

Main criteria
- produces containers with volumes between 0.1 L and up to approximately 20 L, depending on the mold configuration

Seria MP
Extrusion blow molding machines for economical production – up to 5 L
The MP series is intended for the production of small and medium bottles, being the ideal solution for factories looking for low costs, low energy consumption, but also consistent quality.
Models available
MP1D, MP2L, MP2D, MP5M/L
Main criteria
- designed for containers with volumes between a few milliliters (5–10 ml) and up to approximately 5 L
- suitable for manufacturers with medium quantity requirements, where flexibility and speed of change are essential
- configurable for production in one or more cavities, which allows the production of small batches or medium series, with a stable yield
- compatible with plastics such as HDPE, HDPE, PP
- recommended for cosmetic, chemical, food and pharmaceutical bottles, where small volume, varied formats and consistent quality are required
Applications: cosmetic bottles, personal care products, detergents and chemicals, various general purpose packaging.
Seria HL
Extrusion blow molding machines for large products – up to 15 L
The HL series is designed for the production of large and bulky containers, where high closing forces, mechanical stability and advanced wall thickness control are required.

HL500D, HL600S/L
Main criteria
- designed for large containers, with a volume between 2–3 L and up to approximately 15 L, depending on the mold
- optimized production capacity for medium and large batches, where product consistency and strength are essential
- ideal for items with thick walls, bulky shapes or technical geometries
- suitable for HDPE materials, including industrial and chemical products
- maintains cycle stability even at high volume and continuous work time
Applications: industrial drums, large technical containers, chemical packaging, thick-walled or specially shaped products, volumes up to 15 L
