INDUSTRIAL ELECTRIC OVENS WITH BELT
Pyromaître electric belt furnaces are designed for continuous heat treatment processes, offering uniform heating, precise temperature control and high stability in operation. These equipments are intended for industrial production where constant cycle times, reliability and easy adaptation to different technological flows are required. The furnaces are part of the Pyromaître standard range and are available in various configurations, differentiated by belt width, installed power and processing capacity.
All Pyromaître electric furnaces are designed for operating temperatures up to 540°C.
The width of the conveyor belt varies between 254 mm and 1,270 mm, depending on the model.
The installed power varies between 12 kW (small models) and over 120 kW (large P series models).
Processing capacity depends on the type of parts, temperature and load density, but generally falls into the following range:

- Small models: approximately 150 – 400 kg/h
- Medium models: approximately 400 – 800 kg/h
- Large models: approximately 800 – 1,500 kg/h
- Very large models: over 1,500 – 2,000 kg/h
Capacities are indicative and may vary depending on internal configuration, belt speed and characteristics of the parts processed.
The models in the series PS are ideal for small and medium productions, and the series P It is intended for large volumes and continuous industrial flows.
