FMU E SERIES

Benefits

• The new FMU E series is a unique machine concept for the production of hairpins and stator connection assemblies. It complements the successful FMU series in the field of electric mobility;
• The simulation of the bending process opens up new possibilities in the electric mobility sector, e.g. as a tool for feasibility analysis or collision control;
• The WAFIOS hair clip tool system combines active rotary pull bending with the agility of conventional wire bending tools. It prevents the material from slipping and increases the quality of complicated geometries;
• The newly developed feed unit prevents deformation of the profiled material and allows – together with the tooling system – the positioning of the end legs;
• Our WPS 3.2 EasyWay programming system offers simple, geometric programming and a clearly arranged overview of the materials and tools used;
