"GRINDEX" filters

GRINDEX type filters are the best mobile solution for capturing smoke and dust generated by industrial processes.

The function of the machine is to extract and filter welding fumes and metal grinding dust produced in the processing of the mechanical industry.

The collection of polluting elements and transport to the filter takes place by means of rigid or flexible pipes connected to the hood.

Description of operating phases:

1. The air sucked through the pipe is transported to the settling chamber;
2. The heavier material falls into the bowl of water, which has the function of extinguishing any incandescent sparks
3. The dusty air passes through the cartridge filter that retains the dust
4. In the DF-JET versions, cleaning the filter with a compressed air jet and removing the dust accordingly
5. Fresh air comes out of the grille at the top of the machine
