The complete extrusion line for PP/PS film, with inclined calender type FI, is the most advanced technological process on the market, designed for customers who require high production capacities. The configuration of the line allows the production of any type of thermoformed films, with a range of thicknesses from 150 to 2000 microns, useful widths from 600 to 1500 mm and a high production of up to 2000 Kg/h. The calender is driven by means of 3 independent synchronized motors. The closing of the rollers is mechanical and can reach 120 kg/cm of linear pressure. In addition, a device allows the correct alignment of the pressure (transversal axis) on the calender sheet, having a thickness of less than 200 microns
