• Drum/reel pushers with battery, offer the advantage of free movement without the constraints of pneumatic connections or electrical cables.
• They are equipped with a 24 V DC IP 44 or 48 V DC IP 44 brushless motor powered by a 24 V or 48 V plug&play high-performance lithium battery.

MOVIROLL MRE L

• It is also equipped with a tipping handle: when working space is limited, the operator can work alongside the load by pulling it instead of pushing it.
• The Moviroll MRE XS L battery drum/reel pusher reaches the dimensions of pneumatic roller pushers.
• It has all the features of a Moviroll battery roller pusher, but with smaller weight and dimensions for greater ease of use and to be operated in the smallest spaces

MOVIROLL MRE XS L

• Despite its small size, it is durable and achieves the highest performance.
• It is equipped with a 48 V lithium battery and a 48 V DC IP 44 brushless motor that are maintenance-free and allow a wider range of speeds.
• To suit any operator need, the handle can be mounted at two heights, 850 and 920 mm from the ground.

All battery powered roller pushers are equipped with:

• two separate and intuitive buttons for forward and backward gear;
• a battery status LED, which warns when the battery needs to be recharged;
• on/off button, which keeps the battery charged without having to remove the battery.
• cut frames for easy rubber roller change;
• oversized wheels to easily overcome any obstacles, small debris and small gaps along the way.

REEL TURNER is the accessory specially designed within the Moviroll line for tasks with rotating flanges.

Moviroll can lift the reel onto the Reel Turner and then the operator can effortlessly complete the rotation in the correct position.

When unloading the reel, the Safety Stop Wedge can be used as a safety measure to prevent the reel from running beyond its intended travel.
