    Combining the latest technologies and consolidated know-how, it represents an operator-friendly system, achieving flexible production.<\/p>\n

    EA EXTRUDER-52 D + EASY FEED<\/p>\n

    It processes all thermoplastic materials used in the thermoforming phase, perfectly handling both light and heavy ground materials:<\/p>\n

    bulk density less than 200 kg\/m\u00b3 \u2013 skeleton grinding thickness up to 0.15 mm<\/p>\n

    bulk density of 650 kg\/m\u00b3 \u2013 skeleton grinding thickness over 2 mm<\/p>\n

    During the sheet metal extrusion process, the presence of recycled ground material from the thermoforming phase causes a reduction in the bulk density of the material in the extruder feed.<\/p>\n

    The reduction is largely variable depending on the material being ground and the thickness of the ground skeleton.<\/p>\n

    The EASY FEED system allows control of extruder production regardless of the bulk density of the ground material and its percentage.<\/p>\n
