GRINDEX type filters are the best mobile solution for capturing smoke and dust generated by industrial processes.<\/p>\n

The function of the machine is to extract and filter welding fumes and metal grinding dust produced in the processing of the mechanical industry.<\/p>\n

The collection of polluting elements and transport to the filter takes place by means of rigid or flexible pipes connected to the hood.<\/p>\n

Description of operating phases:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. The air sucked through the pipe is transported to the settling chamber;<\/li>\n
  2. The heavier material falls into the bowl of water, which has the function of extinguishing any incandescent sparks<\/li>\n
  3. The dusty air passes through the cartridge filter that retains the dust<\/li>\n
  4. In the DF-JET versions, cleaning the filter with a compressed air jet and removing the dust accordingly<\/li>\n
  5. Fresh air comes out of the grille at the top of the machine<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
