Polyethylene foam sheets are lightweight, flexible, elastic, waterproof, mold resistant and non-toxic. They can be used in various fields and are ideal in packaging to protect against shocks and minor scratches.
Our foam sheet extrusion lines are available in several versions: single screw with chemical expansion and single screw, twin screw and Tandem system with physical foaming agents.
You can reach a production of 800 kg\/h with single widths of 1800 mm.
The lines can be integrated with lamination or coating systems capable of producing high-tech multilayer sheets directly in line. The applied lamination layer can be composed of HDPE, aluminum or pluriball film.<\/p>\n
