Coalescent Filter Industrial Fume and Oil Vapor Extraction Unit with Fiberglass Candles.

Carpentry filter made of carbon steel > 3mm and finished with appropriate spray paint, created so that the substance retained by the candles escapes into a bunker below.

Operating principle:

The purification process is guaranteed by 3 progressive stages.

In the first stage, the dirty air passes through a settling chamber where, through the principle of gravity, it deposits the coarsest particles.

The pollutant is then treated with a first modular renewable mechanical prefilter and an additional resin-coated modacrylic fiber prefilter.

After these steps, the air is completely purified by fiberglass candles produced exclusively by La Coro Impianti.

The fiberglass candle purification system allows for less maintenance time and longer filter life compared to traditional pocket systems.

The filters are designed and built to meet all the requirements regarding the flow of air to be purified, in compliance with the regulations in force.
